Want my husband to come and receive me and my daughter.

Need your help/advice. Completed 2 years of marriage. It was a love marriage which my parents Changed into arrange marriage and we performed a nikkah. After my delivery From 8 months onwards I m staying at my parents place. Having a daughter age 8 months. As my in-laws said that they will come after 3 months to take me with them. But now my mother in law is not ready to take me to my matrimonial house. Yesterday i rcvd a notice from my inlaws. Sub: Notice of intimation for disowning my husband. Letter has been prepared on 31st oct and i got it today. Already we hd file a case against my in-laws but the police had backed off. Later we hv submitted the papers to WCRC. Till its pending. Now what about this notice. It has been notified that whatever happens between we two people. My in-laws will no more handling us. Plzzz give me some advice now what step should i take to make my hubby come to rcv me and my daughter.
