Want Divorce - my wife not showing any interest in sexual relations.

In April 2017 i got married and that was a love cum arrange marriage. in this period of 2 years there is no any sexual relation in between me and my wife and she is never shows her interest in this. Her behaviour is also very rude and has attempted suicide twice. Earlier her parents were threatening to my father that they will file a false dowry case and domestic violence case so in Jun-2018 I left my father's house and living in a rented house with my wife. I want divorce so need suggestions in this regards. what can i do. I read somewhere that to file a divorce there should be 1 year separation. kindly suggest how can i file a divorce and what will be the lump sum cost of lawyer and what will be alimony when i am earning Rs. 25000/- p.m. what are the legal options left.

as per your query there are many legal option divorce is the last option you better know what she can demand as an alimony as now you both were married and this was not under any influence she is your liability may be you both need some good counseling as per divorce is concerned it's not necessary one yr separation is required from the date of marriage after 1yr you can apply for the divorce for further details do contact us.

so you want divorce from you wife firstly I would like to tell u that as there has been no cohabitation between you and your wife for more than 2 years you can file a suit for judicial separation and then later if judicial separation works then you can file the divorce suit. secondly the alimony isn't fixed and it's not mandatory in a divorce suit
it is granted when a separate suit for maintenance is filed by the wife then its upon the discretion of the court
