want annulment my marriage....it wasn't marriage it was a fraud

I married a girl...after 1 day of marriage...her brother came and take her back by saying there is Rashm called pagfera...come after 2 days and take her back...I went but she refused to come...after one year of waiting she denying....my wife and her parents are fraud...they lied me about their wish that they want Ghar Jamai... I never get married to that girl if they tell me about it.....can we now file annulment case... because they hide the truth....we never had physical relation...even I did

Hi you can file an annulment case, as of now you are staying separately for more than 1 year. it will be advisable to file Divorce by mutual consent. there will be a healing period. approach an advocate near you to initiate the process
