once a girl has decided to file a divorce, she will have to wait till the final order of divorce and decree is passed and have to further wait till the filing of the appeal period is completed.optional both of you can file divorce by mutual consent and also apply for the waiver of the waiting period, this process will be much faster for obtaining the divorce

There is a flat in my deceased mother's name..she died without any will and the property papers are lost ..they are misplaced . unable to find them..what should I do in this case?

As you have mentioned, a flat is in the name of your mother who has expired and you are unable to find the flat documents.visit the society office where the flat is located and obtain a copy of the agreement, as society normally keeps on set of flat documents.you should visit the sub registrar office and apply for a certified copy of the flat documents. which is a valid document of the property.
