Want Advice for divorce case and property issue, What to do?

Hello Respected LawyersnMy Divorce case is running from last 10 years. Now my wife and their family members trying to get my house. My house is not in my name, it is name of my mother. I have a child so in future are my wife or its family can put property case against me or my family??nWhat is the solution or how I can save my property?

If the house belongs and is the ancestral property then ur child has the right on it as he is ur legitimate child. The wife has no right over the property if that belongs to ur mother and was purchased by her own money/husbands money. She can claim permanent alimony from u . Contact me for any help .

Dear sir, First of all please let me know that what is the reason that your divorce case is pending for 10 years and at which stage it is. And is the property purchased by your mother's or it is ancestral property....
