verbally torturing and abusive by in laws

i hv complted 5 years of marriage and working women, evrytime in laws taunts me for each and everything till now.i didnt fell good at same time i too give reply and till now my husband didnt support for these things, i tried too hurt myself a lot because of in laws and husband tooo, after 6 months of mariage he started fighting with me if i say anything to him regarding in laws. he even drop me to my home after that fight, till now we fought a lot because of in laws. again last yr my baby born and on the other side my father dies, my husband nd in laws blame on.me and family.. for fights. in laws thrown out of me and my baby from their house,.for sake of my baby .. my relatives came to sought out evry things so we came back to in laws house. after sometime, my devrani started torturing me or verbally abusive,some times hurt my household material, ni wanted to file a complaint against all members of in laws ni only have one proof in written, and my relatives, my family knows about it.

yes you can file domestic violence case against all your in laws family and if they demand any dowery than you can also file that.. you have to give one complain in your nearest women cell if you lives in delhi conatct us..

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship you can always file for divorce against him under cruelty grounds. You can also file a Domestic Violence case and claim your monthly maintenance or the lump sum alimony. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Based on the information given here you can approach courts to seek divorce and also initiate criminal proceedings for cruelty based on any demands for dowry.
