Verbal and physical abuse by father and brother

My father and mother doesn't live together and we don't know where he lives but he supports us financially but only for food and medicines for my mom . I have brother but from past one year my younger brother has been harassing me and my mom . He's calling us characterless , my mom is paralysis patient since two years and I have been taking care of her . He and my dad together are always saying words which are horrible now even my brother is influenced by my father . We are not able to bear the mental pressure. Please help me!

You may get issue a legal notice and file a suit and restrict from interfering in your in your lives. You can also lodge police complaint. hi Wat help u need to get the case n u can file the case against him for the recovery of the dispute with the property of their grandparents u can file the case against him for criminal justice and u can file the case against him and
