If you want to live with him you can file for Section 9 restitution of conjugal rights. You have all your remedies available for being his wife.

There is law under which Arya samaj marriage comes its ARYA SAMAJ VALIDATION Act of 1937.Arya Samaj Marriage as such a valid marriage as per Arya Samaj Marriage Validation Act, 1937. After marriage, they also issue a certificate. If you do not have certificate, get a duplicate certificate from the temple, where the marriage had taken place with that the marriage ceremony is usually performed before the members of the Executive Committee of the Arya Samaj.
