Use of Husband's Surname leaving separately

My wife is living in her parental House for 10 + years not staying with me. Aadhar Card address belongs to her belongs to her Father's Residencial address. I want she should stop using my Surname. Can court give permission for the same? If yes under which act?

She is your wife because you have not taken divorce so she can use your surname. if you want your surname not to be used by her then file for divorce and once divorce order is passed, you can stop her using your surname.

Hello Advocate Minakshi Ovhal here did you get divorce order from court. if not then you can file divorce petition before court during procedure we can put an application to stop her using your name. can you provide me details information. thank you.
