unlawful detention against my wish by my parents and mental torture

i am legally married but my husband lives out of India....my parents are keeping me at home forcefully even after my husband asked them to let me go and work but they are not letting me go anywhere...they don't let me go outside the house...they have taken my phone and everything...what can i do??

As you told that you are married and your husband lives outside India and your family members have forcibly kept you hostage in your house and they have confiscated your phones etc. and also did not talk to anyone of yours. Don't let it happen in such a situation if you throw yourself out of the house and turn against your family membersIf you can file a case of domestic violence, it will be very good for you, only then you will be able to get proper relief or you can contact the women helpline

आपकी शादी हो चुकी है और आपकी कानूनी उम्र भी पूरी हो चुकी है ऐप फ्रीडम में अपनी जिंदगी पर नहीं जी पा रहे हैं जिसमें आपके माता पिता दखल दे रहे हैं जब आपके पति नौकरी करने के लिए कह रहे हैं तो अपने माता पिता के ख़िलाफ़ शिकायत कर सकते हैं आपका जीवन स्वतन्त्रता नहीं छीन सकते ये आपका संविधान में आपका अधिकार है

Hello, It's a bad conduct of ur parents with u. if ur husband asked for work and live freely then nobody have power to stop u. First call the police or tell him ur condition. second step is left the house and stay in ur relatives home.
