To live with girlfriend to care oldaged mother suffering with life thr

I was married in 2013 and get two childs with wedlock. My wife came to her matrimonial home after an order on petition u/s9 HMA in August 2019. She has not fulfilled the obligation laid in the concerned order. My mother is old aged and also suffering from multiple life threatening diseases Since November 2020 she remained living separately with me and went to her parental home on February 2020. A petition for divorce u/s13 1a was filed on March 2020 and the same is admitted in March 2021. My girlfriend wants to live with me to care my mother.what can I do?

We would like to inform you that as per the law you are married and your wife is still your wife till separation from court, hence try to avoid your girlfriend for living in your home. You can take step under law. Feel free then call for legal assistance.

As per your mentioned issue if you have filed the case of divorce and it is pending then you have to wait for the decree for another marriage but if your girlfriend wants to live with you then you may allow it secretly with your own risk otherwise it may effect the nature of the case.
