You are entitled to property even after remarriage. There is a judgment of the Supreme Court in the year 2008 which has held that even after remarriage a widow is entitled to the property of the deceased husband. Hope this helps. Regards

Supreme Court in a recent judgement has ruled that A widow who remarries cannot be deprived of a share in her dead husband's property so in view of this your are entitled to both movable and immovable property of your deceased husband and also your daughter's from the previous deceased husband are entitled. kindly contact us for further details

I have seen your query carefully. After the death of husband you and your daughters are legally owner in the property of your husband along with your mother in law. you should file a civil suit for deceleration of ownership and mandatory injunction. if you need anything else then contact me through the administrator of this website
