To get my childrens from my husband.

I gave complaint to the police station against my husband. The police send him summon to appear. Is he have any rights to not appear in person at the station?

Your husband has to appear before police for enquiry. Most probably he will come with the assistance of a lawyer. In case of repeated failure to appear your husband can be arrested depending on the nature of the offence.

you should filed a child custody case before the appropriate family court that is the only remedy to get your child custody lodge the complaint both are the natural Guardians take this case is very effective so immediately launch petition before family court for child custody
