To check whether my Marriage is registered or not.

I want to know whether my marriage is registered or not. It's happened on 15th October 2015. But I think the process of getting married is incomplete. I want to be sure whether its actually being registered or not.
My name is Sana Mukhtar and my father's name is Mukhtar. Can you help me getting the information whether my marriage is actually registered or not. Because I have been trapped with the boy and he is blackmailing me. Can you please help it's really urgent. Thank you. The boy name is Kamran Ali.
