to apply succession certificate

I want to apply succession certificate for movable assets of my deceased husband . My father and mother in law in not dependent , my father in law is retired from gov job and getting regular pension . I am also working in private company . Does court will release succession certificate in favour of me 100% or not .

Yes Court may grant succession certificate in your favour but for that all other legal heirs need to give a no objection before the Court. .

You can apply for the succession certificate by formally filing a petition in the court of jurisdiction where the dead person resided before his death and after taking into consideration the court may decide it in your favour if it has enough proof that your father and mother-in-law are capable of sustaining themselves without the presence of your husband because you are class one heir
