Threatening to admit us in mental hospital

Sir/mam Our father not providing any financial support for last 4 years he came after every 4 to 7 months and he want us to evict his house. Now he is saying that he will admit my mother (age64), sister (age32) to mental hospital with the help of court and ngo how can we counter this? 1)Can we get our medical certificate from govt hospital Or2) we do police complain in advance [Our relative are also supporting him because they have there own benefits ]

Nobody can evict your mother from her house first file for maintenance and then domestic violence which would hell you to get legal permission to reside if you want possession of your house try to file civil suit for possession of your father house

In the entire question you are not disclosed your age. if you are major, why does your father provide you financial support. but your father shall be liable to provide financial support to your mother and your unmarried sister. For more information please contact me personally.
