Threatening from wife and her family for filing 498a what to do

Meri shadi 10/12/2016 ko hui thi shadi ke ek mahine bad ladki jab Apne Ghar gai to usne wapas ane se inkar kar diya Karan puchne par uski family ne kai problem's create kar diye humne iski complaint Apne pas ki ek NGO me Kari NGO walo ne dono party ko bulake ke ladki se bat ki ladki ne kaha ki meri shadi meri marji ke against hui h tab NGO wale ne ladki Ko smajha kar hamare yahan rehne ke liye bheji diya par ek week bad hi ladki n kaha mujhe chod do nahi to me sucide kr lungi humne NGO ki help se ladki Ko wapas bheji diya. Ab ladki ki family wale shadi me diye hai saman ke Sath Sath 1.5 lacks ki demand kr rahe h nahi to damki di h ki hum 498a ka case kr denge hum to ladki Ko rakhna Chate h meri family me meri mother and father or ek chota bhai h ab wo in San ke against complaint krne ki kahani rahe h humne ek complaint apne area k DCP office me bhi kr Rakhi h .... Please give me appropriate legal advice for this case.
Agar DCP CAW cell mein FIR register hoti hai toh you will need to get an anticipatory bail from the concerned session court or the high court. Nothing to worry supreme Court ki guideline hain on arrest in matrimonial matters.

There is nothing so much to panic when a wife threatens for filing a case under section 498A .There are several judgments of Hon'ble Supreme court and High courts where the arrest cannot be made on complaint basis only.You caan counter file a case on Restitution of conjugal rights .Better help can be provided after seeing all the documents relating to complaint.

You have given ample amount of complaints and to every and proper authority, dont worry. You file a complaint for threatening for eloping in false and frivolous litigation by your in laws with the police and one to the NGO and attach the previous complaints with it and let them file the complaint against you, you have a very strong case and they cannot do anything against you or your family but take proper legal advice before taking any step.
