Q: Police not filed FIR for fake call on online money transaction fraud

On 27 march 2018 I complained about fake call online money transaction fraud in Vasant vihar Police station. Unhone mujhe apne incidence ki ek detailed application with its one copy sign karke likhne ko kaha and in return they put a stamp on both of the applications. They kept the original one & returned me its copy, the stamp mentioned: Name & No. of receiving officer, D.D No., date and name of I.O in which Name & No. of receiving officer and name of I.O field is blank. There is no response till yet Have they filed my FIR ? what should I do?

Sir..your complaint has been filed in the police station not the FIR .If the police is not registering an FIR against them then you have to file the case under section 156(3) in the concerned court ..Contact a lawyer immediately

Q: Prevent myself from any false case by my girl friend's family

I and my girlfriend are running away from our family to do marriage and we both are hindus. Girl parents are totally against the marriage due to inter-caste. We are looking for arya samaj marriage and then register our marriage. The girl parents may file a complaint against me and my family. So please help us.. Should my girlfriend give a written statement to the police station to avoid the complaint. Also guide me the process.

Hello..if u both are adult..you can marry at Arya Samaj n get it Registered .After that you both can file a written intimation in your concerned thana for your safety..Concern any lawyer for the details

Q: What is the process and ground for seeking divorce

I am a Hindu girl...had a love marriage last year and things did not turn up good between the two of us. I was emotionally and physically abused in the marriage and since January this year I am at my parents house. The guy is lying in all the matters and have no realisation of what he has done. My parents are not very strong and spontaneous as compared to my husbands family and even I am sensitive to matters. So before I bring out this word divorce in this whole situation I want to be clear about the process and how traumatic and painful this is going to be...everyone says divorce is difficult and things get ugly but I want to move out of this with dignity and low mental pressure. Please guide and let me know if I need to provide any further details. Thanks in advance

Dear.. There are 3 remedies available for u First of all file the case of maintenance , domestic voilence and go forcomplaint in Women Cell . Second ly you can file for divorce also.. consult a lawyer

Q: How to get the details of FIR case going on in the court

sir/madam, I have done a FIR in the begumpur police station and the opposite party too for the serious case of attack on me to show that the case is a quarrel case of neighbors and so i and they both have to present in the court on the dates of the courts and i get the all the informations about the opposite party case, but of mine i don't get any information and so for knowing about the present state of my case and to check whether my case is going right or not I want to get the past activity of my case and future dates to be present their and oppose the wrong victims which might be their to move the case in other face . I have tried to get all the informations but i can't because I failed to get the way of it and so i want know that so please tell me how to get the all details of my case going in the court. Dear you can file a case of mutual consent for divorce. It takes around 6months time and it is the fastest procedure for divorce in case both parties are agreed.A joint petition has to submit by both the parties . For further process consult a lawyer.
