This is an urgent question.....one of my friend got job as compensation of his father's death.....he done all responsibilities including spending money for his sister's marriage and his marriage. since his father's death he took all responsibilities of his mother, brother, sisters....he is now approx 40 years old.....his brother is 37 years old....his mother getting pension and his brother doing nothing.....after his baby girl born...his mother and brother kicked them with his wife and 6 month old daughter out from his home which one he bought and now he and his wife and his daughter are living at rent....time to time his mother and younger brother threaten him and asked to money and transfer the house on his brother's name and they are also threaten to file the fake case against him...so i want to know what are possibilities and what should he do ?
dear client as you said that your friend got the job as compassionate ground of his father and if the sale deed is in favor of your friend the he can lodge complaint against his younger brother n mother unable to understand y he is threatened n what for for further information do contact us.
in whose name is in the house?
if the house is in the name the brother who is being dispossessed from his own house then he can easily get the possession back from them and even if the property is jointly owned then he could seek his share from the property.
