If your mother is alive and it is your mother's self acquired property then she can dispose of the property as per her wish. If she wants to transfer the property to you during her lifetime then she can execute a gift deed in your favour. Otherwise if she wants

Gift deed is A current effect to the revenu record and other procedure to you name to record of right.and second one is will deed is not A current effect to the revenu record because definition of will A person died after the person property has transfer any will means (अंतिम इछ्या )so the effect to will and revenu record of right the nameof person.

Hi,
It depends on how ur mom acquired property, if it is self acquired she has right to dispose it as she desire, there ni need of signature of ur brother. If it is ancestral property share it depends on her share. In ur case facts r not clear so u plz visit lawyer with all documents to get exact workout.
