The right of daughters in the property of father

Hello, sir/ mam... I belong to Hindu religion. What is share of unmarried and married daughter in father's property? Can unmarried daughter claim for her share in court?

hello, as per the supreme court order children are having the equal right on their parental property, children or child consist son and daughter both, its been very much clear order of the supreme court that whether the daughter is married or unmarried she will have equal share of the property as her brothers have.

Yes unmarried daughter have equal rights in parental property. Like son share. So u can claim ur share in revenue authority and if property is constructed then claim in civil court by declaration suit .

hi, Daughter have right on her fahter property , u can take ur share, if u belongs to hindu religion u can get equal right. law given rights to daughters on her father property. hope u get the reply , take care
