If you feel that the brother in law has been falsely implicated in the FIR you should immediately go for a discharge application first. If the court is satisfied that no offence has been made out again him, the court will discharge the brother in law from all sections the FIR. Regarding action against bhabhi, you can file a defamation case against her. For further assistance, you can approach me.

If FIR is filed against brother in law then he will have to first get the FIR and charge sheet quashed by the high court and then send her defamation notice followed by a defamation case against her before the court of law

Well, Brother in Law can file a FIR against her Brother's Wife for lodging false FIR against him and even case of Perjury for telling lies before the Court and he can also file case of Defamation and of causing mental harrassment.
