The boy I want to get marry with, his divorce case still going on but, we want to get marry as soon as possible. He is Singapore resident and case is filed in Delhi. And he is living in Australia for work. So, what we can do. Can we marry in Australia?

Well, despite you want to get Married in Australia, your going to be Hubby cannot claim the advantage of not being single currently and he has to disclose his marital status before the concerned Australian Marriage Authority and on disclosing his relatoonship status, that, he is not Divorced yet, he will not be allowed to marry with you in Australia by the concerned Australian Authorities before seeking Divorce from Indian Wife in India.

your case is cross border matrimonial and observed as boy is Singapore resident. is he citizen or PR holder pls clarify. secondly his case is pending in India and you wish to Mary as soon as . in this scenario you may surely marry in Austrelia but only issue will be , if this is known to his first wife , she may ask for Maint u/s 125 of Crpc . boy should not visit India till his pending case get disposed off. lastly you hv not mentioned your resident status , India/Austrelia. pls discuss in call to resolve this query
