The succession certificate is issued by a district court. A petition needs to be filed before the District Court stating the reasons for issuing the succession certificate and also proving your relationship with the deceased. The steps before issuing the succession certificate also includes issuance of a paper publication and providing evidence before the court. You will need the assistance of a lawyer for the same.

Dear Sir, It is a long process to get Succession Certificate under Section 372 of Succession Act. It required Paper Publication and also get adduce oral and documentary evidence. If the party is having Aadhar cards of all the family members then revenue authorities may issue family tree which may be sufficient.
