Steps to file domestic violence when staying away from husband

17-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I am staying away from my husband and in-laws more than 3 year. I left my husband's house after getting a tremendous insult from him. At the begining, I thought it was not intention only a certain reaction fir a moment. But, later I realise it was pre-planned as from the day-one of my marriage, I was used to hear bad things from my -inlaws and my husband never support me in this condition. Even if my in-laws used slangs many times to me and used hard words publicly. Now, my husband clears me that if I have to live in his house then I have to live in that bad condition else I can go for mutual divorce. This thing hurts me and I decided if I have to go to divorce, then I will potraynall the incidents happen to me from the day one and I was forced to leave my husband house . So, in this step, what can be my first step. Please advice

you should not have left your husband's house this where you went wrong and this can cost you a lot moreso it could have been handled from there itself and the biggest of all divorce is a later part first is what you get you must return it back detailed discussion is necessary
