Sir/ mam There is a boy who was a friend of My brother is spoiling my reputation by sending abusing messages and photos to my relatives and friends. What should I do.

you can complain to the nearest police station and cyber cell for those abusive messages and photos. In case the boy, and you initiate civil proceeding and seek damages and if the boy is minor compensation or damages through their parents For more details contact me Ranjeet Sonker Advocate Allahabad high court

सर्वप्रथम इसकी शिकायत आपके लोकल पुलिस को कीजिए और साथ ही साथ आपके अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से मानहानि का लीगल नोटिस भेजिए। यदि इसके बाद भी वह व्यक्ति नहीं मानता है तो उसके विरुद्ध मानहानि का केस दाखिल कीजिए।
