I am a Hindu man from Haryana, currently residing in Uttar Pradesh for work. My fiancée is a Muslim woman from Madhya Pradesh, currently living in Gurugram for her job. Both families have consented to our marriage. Can we register our marriage under the Special Marriage Act in Uttar Pradesh, or must we approach the courts in our respective hometowns?Under the Special Marriage Act, a 30-day public notice is issued. In what manner this is issued? or is it mandatory?
you both can do marriage at your current residence or each one's respective home town it depends upon yourself
notice period is 30 days without waiting 30 days you can't perform marriage and notice is mandatory for doing marriage

Hi There, in Special Marriage Act notice is compulsory and the waiting period is 30 days so you both will have to wait for 30 days, but there is another way also, I mean girl should be ready to accept Hindu Religion and this procedure can be done only in 1-3 days.
