Please file a domestic violence case and 498 A case in police station against him stating all facts, if FIR is registered it will be difficult for him to leave India, even the court can ask to surrender the password, if once he leaves India it will be difficult for your daughter to get the reliefs and catch hold of him. so better take steps.

you need to file a police complaint to the nearest police station if you think your son in law is planning to abandon your daughter and grand son and ask the police to call your son in law and to ask to handover the documents which are here and also your daughter after returning Australia with the help of local police need to recover the required documents
