son harassing father for money

20-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
Sir/Madam, My elder brother who is nearly 60 years never properly employed at any time has been receiving money from my father for several years(at least for 20 years). He is currently getting Rs 7000 every month. He refuses to go to work for a long time. Every now and then he will ask for more money. My father is around 88 years. My mother who died in 2015 was very afraid of him. Is there any way where by we can stop this and let my father have a peaceful life. All the income of my father is self earned.
