Son and daughter in law physically harassed me

I had an argument with My son and my daughter-in-law, and they slap me, both of them,now i dont want them in my house, how can l legally throw them out of my house so i didnt have to see there face again.pls help.

With reference to the query raised by you, please registered a FIR against both of them. Further would like to know that, does the said property belongs to you ? If yes , you can definately initiate legal suit against him. But before that i am reauesting you to lodge the FIR against them.

Yes, you can file cases against your son and daughter in law for harassment under sections of Indian penal code for beating and harassment by them and you can file different cases against them for separation .
