Q: Delivery of faulty mobile phone from an online shopping website

I brought a mobile phone on 13th of June from an online shopping website, after using it for 18 to 20 days it got switched off automatically so I went to the service centre. they found that the battery shield is missing,and they concluded that I have got a faulty product from the website. then directly I made contact with website by calls and emails but the replacement period was over until then so they told me to contact the phone company again,but when I made contact with the phone company to get service in warranty period they mentioned that as a part of mobile is missing it becomes a case of physical damadge so it cant be repaired under warrenty and as I got the mobile faulty from the website it is none of there concern about it and I should contact the said website.now as it is fault of the website I want to file case on them .as they are not resolving my issue from 2 & half months, and they also closed the complaint which was filed by me online on consumer forum.so now want guidance for sending notice.

Dear Queriest ? With reference to the post, kindly file case against the said company before district consumer forum, also you can file case under IPC 420 against the said company on the ground of cheating. There is no need of send notice before filing comsumer case. You can directly approch the forum with the application amd necessary documents.

Q: liability of son in cheque bounce case against father after his death

my father had given a blank cheaque to one of his friend and he had field a case against him stating that he is payable 10lac amount to him and my father died in 2015 and case was field in 2009 can my dad friend recover amount from his son as his son was not aware of his dad business can you guide on this please

Dear Madam,The complainant can not recover the amount and can not prosecute the legal heirs of the deceased under the N.I act. Therefore, the legal heirs can not be respnsible for the sameFurther, compalainant has a right to file civil case for suit of recovery against the legal heirs of the deceased. Q: Son and daughter in law physically harassed me

I had an argument with My son and my daughter-in-law, and they slap me, both of them,now i dont want them in my house, how can l legally throw them out of my house so i didnt have to see there face again.pls help.

Dear Madam ,With reference to the query raised by you, please registered a FIR against both of them. Further would like to know that, does the said property belongs to you ? If yes , you can definately initiate legal suit against him. But before that i am reauesting you to lodge the FIR against them.

Q: Vodafone Bill Issue

Hi, I need advice for my Vodafone postpaid bill issue. I had taken 3,500 Roaming pack for Greece, But in a layover to Bahrain, I was connected to a third party network and data leak of around 50 MB happened. Please note I was not informed that I got connected to a different network and about the charges as well. My credit limit is 3,000 but they have charged me around 50,000 for 50 MB data leak which i never requested for Bahrain or Was never informed for the data charges rate in Bahrain.Vodafone discontinued my services in Bahrain itself and I couldn't use my 3,500 Roaming pack for Greece. Infact, My services to the number was barred and I was in emergency situation in a foreign land where there was no incoming, out coming or message facility available on my phone.Now, Vodafone has given my reference to a fake advocate who called me and has given warnings last week.Today, I got an email from Vodafone about Pre litigation case in court. Please help me on how should i respond.

Dear Sir,You can approch the consumer court, if you have enough evidences regarding the service availed by you. You may ask for the compensation for the deficency the services and for the problems which faced by you. Iay request you to kindly attend the pre- litigation case and if you and company does not agreed on the settelment, it is advisable to you that file an application before the consumer forum.

Q: Online shopping portal not refunding money for goods not delivered

I ordered from online shopping site made a payment of 499/- by debit card But didn't receive the shipment, So I raised a request for a refund through email, They replied that it will be refunded to me in 10-12 working days But after a month now there are no refunds in my account. Please help so that I can take further action. Thanks

Dear Sir , With reference to the query raised by you , yes you can approched the consumer court i.e before district forum, as there is deficiency in the services provided by the seller. To file consumer case against the seller , you need to provide all the documents along with application in prescribed format.
