Sister's took mother's assets after death how can i claim my share

My 4 sisters had taken away property doc,cash,bank/PO deposites,ornaments of my parentes.I was working to Gujrat.They rented the house and planned for no entry for me whille I retired and came back.I contributed major amt.for house construction.My 4 sisters are all married to rich men.Now I am staying in the said house alone.I am hindu.How to recover money I invested and doc and assets sisters have taken aeay
Sir, in response to your query, I am stating as follows :
1st of all you have not mentioned whether there is any will or not.
From the above facts, I suggest you to file a case for partition of the house between you and your sister. You will get your share under order of Court. For recovering money and jewellery, you will have to file a criminal case. Please contact for more details.
