Sister harassing mother for money

Is there a legal action against my sister (34 unmarried) for
1. Constantly harassing mother to give her money that mother gets from fathers pension (after he passed away)
2. Sending younger sister mentally harassing and abusive emails and messages everyday
Respected sir/madam you have stated that your sister constantly haresment and humalating to your mother regarding the issue of money and sending the massage and email abusive ,felthely . you can file a complaint against them and there after file a court case.
