Sister harassing mother for money

Is there a legal action against my sister (34 unmarried) for 1. Constantly harassing mother to give her money that mother gets from fathers pension (after he passed away) 2. Sending younger sister mentally harassing and abusive emails and messages everyday

Respected sir/madam you have stated that your sister constantly haresment and humalating to your mother regarding the issue of money and sending the massage and email abusive ,felthely . you can file a complaint against them and there after file a court case.

yes for harassment your mother can file a domestic violance case against her ss after getting majority of age mothers liability to feed her is over in the same way your younger sister can file a police complaint against harassment by her elder suster.
