Sister deserted by her husband

My sister got married in September 2017 . She was working in an MNC in Chennai. Since her husband was working in Saudi Arabia , she quit her job and went to Saudi to live with him . They had some fights there . She also came to India to attend my engagement on 28.12.2018. We invited his family also to the engagement.. But, they didn't attend the function and said we cannot attend your happy function. After that my sister and her husband stopped talking. Now he is in India but not interested to sort out issues.
You can file complaint under DV Act for quick and immediate intervention in this matter. And you can also file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before appropriate court. Unless you are not take legal actions the matter won't settle.

I am very sorry for your situation and can completely understand the kind of mental stress that you (as a sister) must be going through. if possible talk with family members( u dad, mom , uncle) dont discus with third party members include advocate ,police,other members ,otherwise u can talk with him find the real issues then after we can talk about the legal things ...because this is family problem i hope u can understand my points. once u approached advocate or police means case will different. ....try ur best. nothing is impossible
