Sir we are in love from past 7 years.now iam 23 he is 22.my parents are not accepting bcz intercast and society problems etc....one upon a time they found out ant belated me like a dog house harraed me .so we are decided to do court marriage.but I have fear that after marriage also my parents will try to separate us by MLA recommendation police support fake case etc....whwt should I need to do to protect my boyfriend and our marriage after court marriage....where I need to approach in legal way?
Hi, you Both are major and can do marriage and get it registered . After marriage they can’t do anything and you can seek protection from police if you family is trying to harass you but it is always advisable that you should try to convince your parents for the same.

I can understand your sensitive problem. If you are financially independent then you can get registered marriage in any other City with the help of any Advocate. But think twice because your boyfriends age seems to be young and whether he has settled financially and taken consent from his parents.
