Sir . I have been married for 2.5 years had a kid recently the behavior of my wife and inlaws causing problems was always there. But my after the kid . She has started to cause issues for no reason and he'll bound to break me away from my family. And keeping the kid away from me and my parents and has started to demand my parents property. nHave a couple of questions. Dose my wife have right to my parents property?n1Can they use the kid to get my parents property. How to stay protected

I understand your questions so your wife demanding your parents property right she don't have right to ask the property till your life time after that only she have a right so she is not shown the kid you will file a case for vesitation right of kid so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you

if your parents property is self acquired then you need to worry they can transfer that to your name and you can do whatever you want as the owner of that no other person have the right on that until your alive but if the property is ancestral then your children have recieved right in that property. they can't claim when your alive.
