sir, gift deed cancelation issue kindly give me suggestion

sir, my brother died in 2021, and my brother wife was settlement, already my father is gift deed for my brother Children. my brother wife told not interested taken assets and only give money for settlement process, my father settled money since 1year back, present she is not coming court for clearing gift deed and not settled my father assets. my father is very suffering this issue, financial and legally he is very suffering. please give me suggestion, they are senior citizens

Cancellation of Gift is not maintainable and only under Senior citizens act , there is a provision for cancellation of Gift deed. please share your details, like ongoing case details and the papers related to the said case please feel free to contact me.

The gift deed can be challenged in court if either party to the gift was incompetent to contract; the gift is void. If the condition of the gift is not met, the receiver is not entitled to the gift. In such a scenario, the gift deed is revocable and the Gift deed can be challenged in Court.
