you can claim maintenance from your husband for yourself and newborn. you can also file the domestic violence complaint against your husband and inlaws. besides monthly maintenance you have the right to live in your matrimonial home or court can give you the rent for separate accommodation.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing. Here are some steps you can consider to navigate this challenging period: - Attempt to have a calm and honest conversation with your husband about your concerns and the issues you are facing. Try to understand his perspective and express your own feelings and needs clearly. - Lean on your family and close friends for emotional and practical support. - Consult with a lawyer to understand your rights and options. They can provide guidance on matters such as child custody, maintenance, and legal separation or divorce, if it comes to that. - Keep a record of any incidents, communications, and threats. This documentation can be crucial if legal action becomes necessary. - If the situation doesn't improve, you may need to consider legal action to secure child custody and financial support for your child. A lawyer can guide you on how to proceed with this. - Remember, you have rights and there are laws in place to protect you and your child. Seek the necessary support and take action as needed. If you need further assistance or specific contacts, feel free to ask.
