Separated for 3 years and I'm planning for second marriage. Please let me know how to take it further.
Have You got Divorce Decree from court dissolving the marriage?
You have to apply for Divroce decree in the Family court. After the judgement from court and after 30days of the Judgement you can go for second marriage performance. Or else it will become Bigamy and offence.

Mere seperation is not divorce. You must mandatorily take divorce from court. If you are not in city and not any job then you may go for second marriage.
