Separated - how to safegaurd my property from husband

I am separated from my husband. tried for divorce, he refused to cooperate and I am not interested in going to court n fight. I Built a house and some properties after separation. As i am still legally married, I want to get a GPA done from him so he doesn't come to claim any ownership over my life or properties

Hai Madam, I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised.. it's not GPA, he has to execute release deed to relinquish all his rights over the properties. for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato

Dear Madam, Since the house was built up by your self earnings as such it is your self acquired property. The husband have no rights over such property and his no objection or GPA is not required. You can get issue a legal notice saying that it is your property and maintain all records in your exclusive name.
