मैं आपसे यह पूछना चाहती हूँ कि अतंरजातीय विवाह के उपरांत भी क्या कोई ससी सटी एक्ट के आधार बनाकर मिथ्यारोप लगा सकता है ,,,मेरे वृद्ध माता पिता बहुत परेशान हैं ,उनकी पुत्रवधू उन्हें मानसिक तौर पर ,परेशान करती है ,,।बिना किसी आधार पर ,, परिवार में रहने में उसे दिक्कत है ,,रोज घर में कलेश की वजह से ,,वृद्धजन बहुत दुखी हैं ।उनके के लिए कोई कानूनी मदद बतायें।

your old parents can take the help of judiciary by filing a petition under the welfare of senior citizen Act which has remedy for such issues. The daughter in law can not stay in the home of her parents in law against their wishes as the responsibility to maintain her is in her husband but not on the parents in law so old parents in law can evict such I'll tempered daughter in law and their son from their home
