Senior citizen maintenance act 2007

My father having 30000 pension after retirement Indian army. Now he can apply maintenance under senior citizen maintenance act. It will be possible....

There is no statutory bar for him to seek relief before the Tribunal based on his pension. So in short Yes. The Tribunal will look in to the facts and circumstances. Maintainance is a relative term. It maybe enough for a Lower-Middle Income but may not be enough for a more Affluent Family.
