Senior citizen harassing elder son and his children

My wife died four months ago on 5th April 2021. She was sick from last 5 yrs and my daughter taking care of her and she is also doing all work of home alone .after her mother's death She lived 2 months at their nani's house . Me and my son managing our food by hotels and my father was is eating food at my brother's house after he filed a fake complaint against me and my children of physically abuse and put false allegations on us . He is not compromising with us we are really tensed and don't know what to do in this situation bcoz police take side of him & trust him just beacuse he is a senior citizen nobody wants to listen the truth infact we have audio and video recording of harassment by him on us .. please suggest some serious steps and they also give threat to us that I wil throw out you all from my house
International MoU is also not legally binding but the language used there must show the intention of the parties to perform and to work together. As stated above all MoU must not be formally but only those should be formally made and registered which include the exchange of some monetary value.

you need to file an NCR with your nearest police station. in case tomorrow you are charged with any false case, that would be proof of your bona fide actions. rest if you need to take a serious action a criminal complaint can also be filed.

Please go to the nearest police station and filed an FII are against your father and if you have evidence of what you are saying you can approach the court of law And file a civil suit seeking injunction to restrain the other party from carrying out any activity on your property like throwing you out
