Self and child maintenance , domestic violence, abandonment, legal rig

My husband has abandoned me and my child due to some issues at his home. His parents and he have abused me emotionally financially a lot . Name calling , criticising, insulting Everytime
. He has even physically abused me and says what's the proof ! He favors his parents and they all expelled me and my child out of in laws home. My father has been looking after me.and my child. Taking care of our needs and expenses. My husband is not ready to reconcile or even talk or listen. My in laws and husband all have blocked us everywhere. He has never given me anything for my or my child maintenance. I was working before marriage but not working , no income after marriage . How can I claim maintenance from him ?
You need to approach CAW CELL immediately, file a complaint with them regarding violence u have faced and harrassment you are facing. This all is domestic violence.
After that proceedings with magistrate will start.
