Seeking Suggestion for section 13A & 9 under Hindu Marriage Act

A case of judicial separation is filed with the district court u/s 13A more than 1 year ago by my wife as I had temporarily stayed with my old aged parents at my parental house in other city due to their medical emergency . She(wife) alleged the charges of Domestic Violence, Cruelty, Criminal Activities, Financial Frauds etc. Needless to say that these charges are baseless and do not have any material of evidence on records. Subsequently, I have filed RCR u/s 9 of HMA & simultaneously submitted written statement protesting the charges levied u/s 13a but almost 5 months have passed she has not submitted WS of section 9. My wife has also forcefully retained the male child of 14 years of age without any court order. Whenever, I went to meet my child, she called the police with intention to harass me. She has also illegally occupied the flat which is registered jointly with myself and wife. Now I am homeless and forced make a separate arrangement in the same city. Please advise...
