Mere aur husband ka women cell m hearing ho rahi pichle 1 year se vo hme ghr nhi le jana chahte .abhi unhe lagta h bacho k bare m mughe drakar( ki m custody loonga )divorce k liy pressure bna rahe h .bache mere pas h ab bacho k school open ho rahe h mughe dar h raste m mughse bache jabardasti utha le jae ya school se le jae to pls tell me vo aesa kuch bhi na kar sake aur m mentally paresan hone se bachi rahu (I am working also m poora din bacho k school se bahar nhi rah sakti)kya vo aesa karta h to y uska right h ya uske liy koi complained banegi y law pls clear kar digiy as he is also govt. Hello you can file complaint under domestic violence act directly in court or tell women cell to forward complaint to magistrate. In court you can take restraining order to restrain your husband from coming to home or school or restraining to approach children without your presence you can take order and give copy to your local police station and school principal. You can also file case for maintenance, school fee, medical expenses for children.

If he will do so then u have to file complaint in police or make further complaint in his department also. Taki voh apko age pareshan na kr sake. U should also tell the school staff ki voh apke siva aur kisi ko bhi bacho ke sath jane ke permission na de and extra u should file atleast maintenance case against husband taki un par ek mental pressure rahe ki voh bacho ko legally hi ghr leke jae.
