Meri wife or Bhabi dono behne h. Bhabi pagl hai. Bhai bhabi ko divorce Dena chahte h. Lockdown me Sadi Hui thi pta nhi lga or un logo ne bimari chupa kr Sadi ki. Only 20 din ghar pr rhi fir unke papa unko le gye sale ki sadi me. uske baad meri wife ko nhi bhej rhe. Demand 1 dono ko le jao ya dono ko chhodo. Humne lane ke liye ha kr di. Demand 2 esse nhi bheje ge phle ladke ki property pagl ke naam kro. Humne nhi mani. 2nd option phle pagl ko 4 mhine rakhho fir dusri ko bheje ge. Hm man gye Fir nhi un logo ne bheja. Meri wife hmari side h. Sas ne meri wife se phone chhin liya baat krne se rok diya. Sasur ne meri wife ko dhamki di agr baat kro gi ya Jane ki socho gi to jaan se maar denge. Hme pta lga h ab ye log fake 498a, D.V. case krne vale h. Q1 How Can we quash this FIR? nQ2 What to do to get my wife's custody ?nSection 97 CRPC district Court or article 32 high court or she run away from her house

If you wish to get back to your wife then you can send her a legal notice and then a petition under section 9 needs to be filed before the magistrate to call back your wife from her home. Once your wife is with you then there can’t be any fake cases. And the quashing will be done by HC only. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can file 97 crpc application in district court Or otherwise file Writ application in high court.... give a complaint in your police station and also give section 9 notice this will help you throughout all cases

Restitution of conjugal rights ka case daaliye and 498a ager aapko lagra hai toh anticipatory bail kerwalijiye and mujhe aap call kerke kripya saari baat elaborate kerke bataye and ager aapke bhai ki wife mently sound nahi h toh unhe divorce vaise b miljayega

you can file for restitution of conjugal rights in the appropriate family court so that your Ife can come back your home. as for bhbhi it will be. separte case altogether. there will be. separte legal prove for your bhabhi case
