section 9 applied in court last year

I applied last year section after one year recently my wife replied that I was manhandled and dowry harassed. but those are false statements. suggest me, please.

hi first need to see the reply given by the other party under section 9 of RCR act and that your petition you could formulate the opinion as per the facts of the case and then you could file rejoinder and that you could approach court

sir I've understood your problem if u haven't done anything troubling your spouse or harassing her then you can file in return a cae of causing mental cruelty to you under law hopebthis will be helpful
