Plz guide she had tell all fake story to police station that me and my family member dad brother and sister we hav taken jewellery that she had put on her and we let her from our home..... But it's not true....I m from ST category and in our religion boys give the dahej (hunda) and I have 3.5 yr of little girl she is with my wife plz guide what to do

did the police take FIR on you and your family members and if they are goin to take then go ahead for anticipatory bail first and then if u want her to come back and stay with you then file a case of restitution of conjugal rights and if u dnt want then file a case of divorce and custody of the child

If the FIR is filed against you and your family then you have to secure anticipatory bail for all of you from court .Or may go for regular bail from Magistrate court. And you may file a case for custody of your child to the concerned court.
