Hi, I hv filled section 11 & 12 in Jan'19 month however no progress being made so far .. what is the minimum duration for the closer of this case type? I want to get this close ASAP pls advise.
need to know more details about your case on which ground you filled the case. why it was not processed further. is it due to lack on information or complain is not complete and correct. we have seen so many cases where these types of issues occurred. Your information is incomplete as you have only provided Section numbers without the name of the Act. But as per my understanding I think you are talking about void marriages or voidable marriages, you have to go and check the status of the case in the court. There is no time fixed for it rather if you will go late then there might be chances that your marriage would convert to valid marriage...
